Our Trip To Idaho Falls

April 14 - 16, 2011

Our nephew Adam got married this weekend, so we got to take a trip to Idaho Falls. We had a great time visiting with Dave's side of the family. I was so happy that we could be in the temple with Adam and Devri. It was our kids spring break, so they were excited to go and stay in a hotel. The first night was spent playing in the pool, and hanging out together in the hotel.

Jada and Dawson were so funny, they would open the outside door and gather rocks. Why are my kids always gathering things... especially rocks? Maybe we have future geologists in our family!!

We all loved the jacuzzi, but it was very hot.

The next day was the wedding. It was a very full day, but very well spent. We are so glad we got to share this time with Adam and Devri.

Our nephew John is over serving in Iraq right now. His wife Kalie has this big life size cut out of John, so she brought it to the wedding so he could be there. It was so funny! She had it all dressed in the same clothes as all the other groomsmen :). It actually looked like John was really there in the pictures. We sure missed John :(.

Finally getting worn out after a long day...

On our last day the kids swam again before check out, then it was off to hang out with our Idaho family for a little longer. On our way out of town, we stopped to see the falls by the temple. It is so beautiful!

Dawson almost got right up to this Canadian goose, but then he gave his usual reply, "I am just a little nervous". So this is as close as he would go!

We had such a great weekend. It was a beautiful wedding, and it was so nice to be with Dave's family.
